Megan L. Patterson is an associate at Nall & Miller and practices in the areas of medical malpractice, professional licensing, medical board matters, and hospital privileging issues. Having dedicated her practice to civil litigation, Megan has handled a variety of claims including medical malpractice, 1983/civil rights, trucking accident, wrongful death, premises liability, disability, negligent security, and general tort liability.
Megan graduated magna cum laude from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore and cum laude from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law. While in law school, Megan was a member of Mercer’s Law Review and an editor for Mercer’s Southern Legal History Journal. During this time, Megan also clerked for the Honorable Judge Stephen Dillard at the Georgia Court of Appeals. After her clerkship, Megan worked as a Staff Attorney for the Honorable Justice Verda M. Colvin during her tenure as a Superior Court Judge in the Macon Judicial Circuit.
