Shawn graduated from UCLA School of Law after earning his undergraduate degree from Cornell University. During law school, Shawn served as a certified law clerk in the Felony Trial Division of the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office. Prior to joining Nall & Miller, Shawn represented corporate clients facing state and federal government investigations and complex civil litigation.

Before law school, Shawn worked as a consultant at a Healthcare Management firm. He advised hospitals, health insurance companies, and physicians associations on the business impact of the Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act of 2015 (MACRA) and statutory Alternative Payment Models (APMs). Shawn has also externed in the White Collar Crime Unit of the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office.
