Matthew B. Jager and Robert L. Goldstucker moved successfully for summary judgment in favor of a physician sued for medical malpractice.  During the discovery depositions of plaintiff’s standard of care and causation experts, both acknowledged under cross examination that this defendant physician did not breach the standard of care and that this defendant physician did not cause or contribute to injury to the plaintiff.  Based upon those concessions gained during the discovery depositions, this defendant moved for and was granted summary judgment.
