Nall & Miller, LLP has comprehensive experience litigating a broad range of constitutional and civil rights claims. In particular, we have successfully defended our clients from claims of First Amendment free speech violations, Fourth Amendment law enforcement misconduct allegations, Eighth Amendment challenges to the conditions of prison confinement, as well as claims brought pursuant to federal statutes such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Rehabilitation Act, and both Title VI (race discrimination) and Title IX (sex discrimination) of the Civil Rights Act. We have successfully defended state and local municipalities, government officials, entities and employees, as well as private entities and their employees acting in the public sector throughout the country.

Nall & Miller attorneys serve as counsel for the State Bar of Georgia and as Special Assistant Attorney General (SAAG) for the State of Georgia, Attorney General’s Office.
