Alice S. Brown
Alice joined Nall & Miller in 2007 as a Paralegal. Alice has over 36 years of litigation experience with a focus in medical malpractice as well as experience with personal injury, insurance defense, commercial construction and real estate litigation, and employment/labor law. Alice attended the National Center for Paralegal Training.
Danielle joined Nall & Miller as a Legal Assistant in 2015, and in 2016 became a Paralegal. Prior to joining Nall & Miller, Danielle primarily worked in employment law at the Georgia Department of Labor as an unemployment claims examiner and later as a paralegal in the Civil Rights and Torts Division within the State of Georgia Office of the Attorney General.
Danielle graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s in Political Science and a minor concentration in Business. Danielle also has a Post-Graduate Paralegal Certificate from Kaplan University.
Fran has extensive knowledge of medical standard of treatment of care, expert at educating attorneys regarding relevant medical issues and experienced with various EMR systems.
Fran graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. She has a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Tulane University as well as a Associate in Nursing Degree from the University of the State of New York.
Jason joined Nall & Miller in 2017 as Litigation Case Manager. Jason was an Administrative Business Manager at the University of Georgia for 6 years and a Retail Operations and Sales Manager for Verizon Wireless for 2 years. Jason graduated from Georgia State University with a degree in Business Administration and Management.
Terri joined Nall & Miller in 2017 as a Paralegal. Terri has over 20 years of litigation experience with a focus in insurance defense. Terri graduated from H. Sophie Newcomb Memorial College with a Bachelor of Science Degree In Mathematics. Terri also has an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies from the National Center for Paralegal Training.
