Fran has extensive knowledge of medical standard of treatment of care, expert at educating attorneys regarding relevant medical issues and experienced with various EMR systems.
Fran graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. She has a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Tulane University as well as a Associate in Nursing Degree from the University of the State of New York.
Susan has over 31 years of civil litigation experience and joined the firm’s Trucking section. She obtained her Associate Degree as a Paralegal Specialist from Western School of Health and Business in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and Legal Studies from Seton Hill University in Greensburg, Pennsylvania.
She is an adjunct professor at Gwinnett College teaching Paralegal Studies as well as a member of the Board. Susan brings vast experience in both plaintiff and defense work assisting in litigating nursing home negligence, medical malpractice, labor and employment, civil rights, personal injury and trucking litigation.
Terri Cahill
Terri has over 20 years of litigation experience with a focus on insurance defense. Terri attended H. Sophie Newcomb Memorial College at Tulane University and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics.
After a career in education, Terri attended The National Center for Paralegal Training where she earned an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies. Terri holds CORE/PACE (CRP) and NFPA Certifications.

Kimberly has more than 27 years’ of litigation experience. She obtained her Associate Degree and became certified through Watterson College Pacific in Vista, CA, as well as her Bachelor of Science in Industrial/Occupational Psychology from Kaplan University. She also earned an Associate degree for Industrial/Occupational Psychology at Jackson State University. Kimberly is a paralegal in the Insurance Trucking Defense area. Her background consists of extensive trucking industry experience, worker’s compensation, and risk management, as well as, having worked as the Trustee Paralegal to the Trustee for the Southern Area of the State of Virginia and Judicial Assistant to the District Court Judge in Northern Virginia.
Her experience also entails working as the Legal Operations Manager for Children’s Legal Services for the State of Florida Northern Region and, she has also obtained an Associate Degree in Healthcare Management.
