Amy Dessel is an Associate at Nall & Miller, practicing largely in the areas of transportation & trucking, auto, wrongful death, and premises liability. She has substantial experience representing motor carriers and trucking insurers. Amy manages and coordinates the written discovery process in high exposure cases with voluminous and complex electronically stored information.  

Amy’s prior experience includes construction litigation, professional malpractice defense, insurance coverage disputes, and representation of local governments.

She is fluent in Spanish and proficient in French and Italian.
