Edward “Mills” Culver is an associate at Nall & Miller and practices in the areas of transportation litigation, behavioral health care, and mass torts.
Mills has a B.S. in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law. After graduating from law school, Mills worked as a judicial law clerk in Coweta County Superior Court for Judge Travis Sakrison and Judge Emory Palmer. After nearly two years as a clerk, Mills worked for a plaintiffs’ law firm in Atlanta handling mass torts and class action litigation against national and multi-national corporations.
Mills is an active member in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia. He prides himself on thoroughness, effective writing, and creative legal analysis.
Mills has spent significant time working on behalf of veterans through the UGA Veterans Legal Clinic and other veterans’ organizations. He also regularly volunteers with the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyer Foundation. In his spare time, he enjoys playing and watching basketball, as well as playing (but not watching) golf. He also enjoys playing the cello, solving and creating crossword puzzles, and spending time with his wife, Adrienne, and their two cats, Quill and Ink.
