Ian Marx is an associate at Nall & Miller, specializing in transportation litigation, general liability, and mass torts. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Notre Dame and a J.D. from Emory University School of Law. During law school, Ian gained valuable experience working with multiple insurance defense firms in Florida and Georgia. He is licensed to practice law in Georgia.

Ian is also passionate about advocating for foster care policy reform, having worked extensively with the Children’s Advocacy Institute and other child welfare organizations at both the federal and state levels.
