Quinn Bennett is a partner at Nall & Miller and practices in the areas of Trucking & Transportation and Professional Liability. Quinn has substantial litigation experience at all phases, including jury and bench trials. He has successfully defended a wide variety of cases in the past, including motor vehicle accident, premises liability, negligent security, and medical malpractice cases. Quinn’s current focus is representing large trucking companies and helping them navigate the challenging legal venues of Georgia with aggressive representation.
Quinn graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2012, and he completed his undergraduate degree at Valdosta State University, summa cum laude, in 2009. While in law school, Quinn served as a Notes Editor on the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law and published his student note. Before coming to Nall & Miller, Quinn practiced at several prominent defense firms and gained experience in defending a wide range of cases. He joined Nall & Miller in 2018.
Quinn lives in Northcrest in DeKalb County and is active in the community. Outside of work, Quinn enjoys playing guitar, tennis, and spending time with his wife Jamie. He also enjoys the outdoors and traveling.
