Rachael K. Goldstucker

Rachael is Of Counsel at Nall & Miller, specializing in insurance coverage disputes and litigation.  Rachael represents policyholders and insurers in matters involving different lines of insurance products, including professional and commercial general liability policies.

Background and Education

Rachael joined Nall & Miller in 2014 after working as a corporate and securities associate with Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP, where she represented public and private companies in general corporate matters, securities offerings and compliance, and mergers and acquisitions.  Rachael has experience assisting public companies, including listed and non-listed REITs, in initial public offerings and secondary offerings.

Rachael previously served as an investment management associate at Schulte, Roth, and Zabel, LLP in New York, where her practice focused on advising investment funds (including hedge funds, private equity funds, hybrid funds and funds of funds) and investment advisers in connection with their structuring, formation and ongoing operational needs, general securities laws matters, as well as regulatory and compliance issues.

Rachael, a native of Atlanta, graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania in 2007.  She earned a Juris Doctor degree from New York University School of Law in 2011, where she served as a staff editor for the Journal of Law and Business and as a member of the Business Law Transactions Clinic.
