Education

Zachary Perry

Zachary Perry is an Associate at Nall & Miller. He earned his Juris Doctor at the University of Georgia School of Law and B.A. in English Literature from the University of North Georgia. Prior to coming to Nall & Miller, Zachary represented indigent clients with the City of Atlanta Office of the Public Defender. While at the Public Defender’s Office Zachary provided zealous advocacy for clients facing charges in code compliance, traffic, and criminal matters; advocated for policy and systemic changes on behalf of his office and clients in state and local government; and represented clients in their appellate matters in Superior Court and the Georgia Court of Appeals.

Outside of work, Zachary enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and two dogs. Zachary is also an active member of his community, serving as the Parliamentarian for both the Pittsburgh Neighborhood Association and Atlanta’s Neighborhood Planning Unit V, and is a Board Member for Atlanta Thrive, a parent advocacy non-profit.

Zachary’s appellate experience includes Butler v. State, 377 Ga. App. 859 (2025) and City of Atlanta Office of the Solicitor General v. Allen, A25A2011, 2026 WL 696356 (Ga. Ct. App. Mar. 12, 2026).
