Fran has extensive knowledge of medical standard of treatment of care, expert at educating attorneys regarding relevant medical issues and experienced with various EMR systems. Fran graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. She has a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Tulane University as well as a Associate in Nursing Degree from the University of the State of New York.

Susan has over 31 years of civil litigation experience and joined the firm’s Trucking section.  She obtained her Associate Degree as a Paralegal Specialist from Western School of Health and Business in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and Legal Studies from Seton Hill University in Greensburg, Pennsylvania.  She is an adjunct professor at Gwinnett College teaching Paralegal Studies as well as a member of the Board.  Susan brings vast experience in both plaintiff and defense work assisting in litigating nursing home negligence, medical malpractice, labor and employment, civil rights, personal injury and trucking litigation.  

Terri has over 20 years of litigation experience with a focus on insurance defense. Terri attended H. Sophie Newcomb Memorial College at Tulane University and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics. After a career in education, Terri attended The National Center for Paralegal Training where she earned an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies. Terri holds CORE/PACE (CRP) and NFPA Certifications.
