Nall & Miller is proud to announce that Patrick N. Arndt and Matthew F. Boyer have been elected to the firm’s partnership.

Patrick Arndt practices in the areas of Transportation & Trucking, Litigation, Products Liability, Healthcare Law, Construction Litigation, and Governmental & Constitutional Litigation.  Patrick has tried several jury and bench trials to successful conclusions.  Patrick also has substantial mediation and motions practice experience.  He received his law degree and his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia.

Matt Boyer practices in the areas of Governmental & Constitutional Litigation, Insurance Coverage and Defense, Premises Liability, and Transportation and Trucking Litigation.  Matt is an experienced trial attorney, having tried multiple cases to verdict in all of Georgia’s federal districts, and has represented his clients before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.  In addition to his practice at Nall & Miller, Matt is a Captain in the United States Air Force as a JAG Corp reservist.  Matt received his law degree from Tulane University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia.
