Plaintiff claimed that the State Bar of Georgia failed to take appropriate action to complaints she filed against certain Georgia lawyers.   In lieu of an answer, Arndt and Goldstucker filed a motion to dismiss asserting that plaintiff failed to state a claim, that plaintiff lacked standing to complain about the manner in which the State Bar of Georgia handles disciplinary complaints, and that the State Bar of Georgia was entitled to judicial immunity.  On January 24, 2017, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia granted the motion and dismissed the case.
