Patrick Arndt & Tina Cheng Obtain Dismissal

Partner Patrick Arndt and Associate Tina Cheng induced a dismissal with prejudice of a trucking matter filed in Clayton County State Court. The plaintiff claimed that he sustained serious injuries while unloading a trailer. Arndt and Cheng’s dispositive motion conclusively demonstrated that there was no factual basis to support the plaintiff’s theory of successor liability.
