Bob Goldstucker and Patrick Arndt Prevail on behalf of the State Bar of Georgia

Nall & Miller partners Bob Goldstucker and Patrick Arndt defended the State Bar of Georgia in Texas State Court against a Writ of Mandamus filed by a disgruntled and disbarred former member of the State Bar of Georgia.  Mr. Goldstucker and Mr. Arndt defended this case through its successful conclusion with a dismissal by the Supreme Court of the United States.
