On January 24^th, Nall & Miller partners Mike Hostetter and Matt Boyer, in conjunction with The Gavel, presented a continuing education program on negligence to the claims professionals at Walmart in Bentonville, Arkansas.  Mike and Matt brought their significant litigation experience to illustrate various issues and concepts related to negligence in an entertaining and informative way.
