Davidson Prevails Before Georgia Court of Appeals
Nall & Miller partner, Meghan Davidson, recently prevailed before the Georgia Court of Appeals, successfully defending a grant of summary judgment in favor of her client medical providers. Teele-Gay v. Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office, at al., No. A15A1863 (March 2, 2016). Plaintiff’s lawsuit filed in Gwinnett County alleged medical malpractice and wrongful death in connection with the care provided following complications with an amniocentesis procedure. Ms. Davidson defended the trial court’s summary judgment ruling and the exclusion of Plaintiff’s expert testimony regarding causation. These rulings were affirmed on appeal.
