On June 22, 2016, Managing Partner Robert L. Goldstucker was invited to address an attorney panel meeting in conjunction with the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (“CLM”) 2016 Midwest Conference in Omaha, Nebraska. The topic of his presentation was Tactics and Strategies at Mediation.  Mr. Goldstucker has negotiated nearly 500 cases nationwide in his career.  Two out of every three cases he negotiates are not his own defense cases, but rather other defense counsel’s cases where Mr. Goldstucker is simply hired to attend mediation and negotiate cases to settlement.
