Laura D. Eschleman Wins Dismissal for Ophthalmologist Client

At trial, Plaintiff claimed the defendant ophthalmologist should not have performed PRK surgery on her eye and that the post-operative corticosteroids prescribed caused her pre-existing mild cataract to worsen.  Despite Plaintiff’s claims, that she alleged were supported by a subsequent treating ophthalmologist, the Court entered an order dismissing Plaintiff’s complaint on Defendant’s motion at the start of the trial.
