On August 6, Mike Hostetter co-presented a Webinar with Joe Fowler of Fowler Hirtzel McNulty & Spaulding in Philadelphia entitled: ‘How to Avoid Liability for Hiring Independent Contractors for Transportation Services.’ The program focused on defending negligence claims against temporary labor providers, gig economy companies, waste haulers, trucking companies that use independent contractors, and their carriers. It was attended by over 130 professionals in the transportation industry and insurers of it.
