Mike Hostetter Wins Complete Dismissal for Driver Agency

Mike Hostetter obtained a complete dismissal for a company that provides drivers for special events. The Plaintiffs claimed the company was vicariously liable for the actions of one of its drivers who crashed a luxury shuttle van with guests attending a racing event in north Georgia. Mike was able to show that the company did not control the time, method, and manner of the driver’s operation and the Plaintiffs agreed to voluntarily dismiss all claims against it.
