Bob Goldstucker Obtains Defense Verdict in Medical Malpractice Case in Wapello County, Iowa.

The plaintiff alleged that the defendant failed to diagnose and treat osteomyelitis; the plaintiff alleged that these failures led to five surgeries and a partial amputation of the forefoot. After a two week trial, the plaintiff asked the jury for $1.5 million dollars. The jury found in favor of the defendants and awarded the plaintiff nothing.
